Data Privacy Policy

� User data collected from the app and by the app is strictly collected for data operations of the app and is not supplied to any third party.

� Personal information such names and surnames is collected for knowing who is the client we are servicing is. E.g. know who is placing an order from a particular business or which driver has been allocated to fulfil a particular delivery.

� Contact information is collected so that we can communicate with client regarding their delivery. i.e. informing a customer why a delivery is taking long to be ready or informing a customer when the driver is outside their home for a delivery.

� ID numbers are collected so that we can validate which customer we are dealing with as part of our fraud prevention interventions.

� We also collect email addresses for app registration as an email is used as a username by the app.

� The app optionally collects users addresses so that we can check if users we have on our database are from the areas we service.

� User app passwords are encrypted to safeguard user�s account against any possible data leaks.

� The app uses that Google Maps API for getting the user�s current location so that we can know if the customer is with the required radius from the business they are ordering from.

� The app also uses the Google Maps API so that delivery drivers can navigate to customer from the app without having to close the app and use Google Maps.

� If users want ReeKwesta to delete their data they must send their request to admin@reekwesta.co.za
